Better Than Antibiotics!

Recipe for Preventing Colds and Flu

  1. Candida-G capsules — Maintenance dose: Anywhere from one to six capsules a day. If you take six, take them throughout the day. Even taking one capsule per day helps tremendously. Take two more if you are traveling, or if you are going into a hospital for any reason, or if you are going to spend any amount of time in a crowd of people — every hour if you feel symptoms of a cold or flu beginning. This will protect you from unfamiliar and potentially deadly air-born bacteria. Candida-G strengthens your immune system so you will not get sick when you are exposed to bacteria in trains, restaurants, seminars, shopping malls, classrooms, airplanes, hospitals or anywhere where people are gathered. Gargle with the contents of one Candida-G capsule mixed with 4 ounces of water morning and night. Hold the mixture in your mouth for a few minutes. Mix this solution fresh every third day or keep it refrigerated.  

Note: As a gift for my 70th birthday in December my son gave me a round trip ticket to visit for three days with him, my four grandsons (26, 23, 20 and 13), and my 18 month-old great grandson (and his mother). I traveled to Wichita, Kansas by plane and had an hour layover in Denver, Colorado — both ways — where hundreds of people were stranded just days before. During the trip I didn’t get sick and I didn’t take more than three Candida-G capsules daily and two 500 mg. capsules of Vitamin C daily, which is my normal daily bowel tolerance level. (Now, I feel very lucky that I didn’t get sick during or after that trip. In the future, I plan to take two or more Candida-G capsules three times a day when I travel.)

  1. Take Vitamin C capsules to bowel tolerance preferably divided into three doses per day (“to bowel tolerance” means to take as much Vitamin C per day as you can without getting diarrhea. If you get diarrhea when taking Vitamin C, cut down the amount you are taking and test again. The amount to take for you will be just below the amount that gives you diarrhea.)

  2. Take two serrapeptase tablets three times a day to help keep extra mucus from forming in your sinuses and throat. Six tablets daily is the maximum recommended. (For more information about serrapeptase go to http://www.butterflyenzyme.com/ )

  3. Vitamin D3 capsules, 2,000 IU daily (or as much as you decide is right for you after you read the following articles) (Note: Do not take more than 2,000 IU of Vitamin D):
